So I saw this post, and I saw the pic on Sarah's blog...Congrats! You and I will practically be neighbors (well, okay, you're on the other side of Gate Parkway, other side being closer to 9A while I'm closer to Southside Blvd), but nearby nonetheless!
Good stuff...seems like a new homeowner seems to pop up nowadays. =)
