it's been a long hot summer in jacksonville and i find myself craving the olden days of summer vacations. sleeping until 11. turning on the price as right. eating nachos for lunch. calling mom a hundred times to see when she'd be home to make dinner. mom coming home to make dinner and the sink being filled with said nachos dishes. tuning out her complaints about nacho dishes with loud reality tv. eating dinner. meeting up with friends at chili's for two for one margaritas. dancing, laughing and drinking til dawn. and doing it all over again the next day.
oh to be young again.
