That's right ladies and gentlemen

This shiny new mini-fridge showed up at desk today courtesy of my friends at Harrington Design Company. Which goes to show you that our moms had it wrong afterall--complaining does get you somewhere. Jeff was prompted to send this by string of post about the creamer caper. Now, the creamer can reside at my desk with me and my raging caffeine habit. Also, I can put coca-cola labels on beer cans and store them too :)

Thanks Jeff!!!!!!!

timmy got engaged

Late Monday evening, when I was still in my benedryl spell from the wasp encounter, I missed a call from Timmy. He doesn't call often so I knew one of two things was going on.
1) He was coming in for an Isaac Improv show
or
2) He had gotten engaged.
I called back Tuesday and found out that #2 was the winner. Tim went to visit Mallory in Germany where she had been studying abroad. He surprised her by proposing at the scenic castle they were visiting. Mallory's parents were there to take pictures. And then (I think this is how it went, I can't remember the exact logistics) they were all dressed up for dinner and Timmy's mom and her fiance showed up to surprise them. It all sounds very exciting and romantic.
Here are some pics he was kind enough to share. He'll be in Haiti for a week so he said it was okay to spread the news since he couldn't call everyone.

Dan the Man

Our very own, very loved, very missed Dan Nevins showed up this morning on the cover of Golf World Magazine. One of the greatest guys you'll ever meet, Golf World accurately captures Dan's optimisitic spirit, his love of golf and the therapeutic value it provides him and other wounded warriors.

Dan was here during THE PLAYERS and returned to Walter Reed to finish his recovery. We can't wait for him to come home for good! I haven't had double bubble since he left.

Gettin' Married | Keepin' Married

Congrats Mehul & Erin!
Last week, Mehul (my bffae from pre-school), called to tell me that he and Erin (his college-love) were getting married. The proposal was very romantic--he did a killer job of surprising her--and obvi she said yes!

Here's a pic of the happy couple...and the bling.

And in Corwin Family News...
Allyson & Jordy celebrated 3 years of wedded bliss yesterday.
